Start the day with a peaceful yoga session, perfect for all levels, even those who have never done yoga. Expect a relaxing, full body stretch and deep release of tension and stress. Please bring a yoga mat. None will be provided unless previous arrangements have been made.

• Artisan cheeses & flatbreads
• Croissants, muffins, danishes & spreads
• Scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, & home fries
• French toast with decadent toppings
• Burrata with arugula, heirloom tomatoes, & green goddess dressing
• Chicken & waffles with bourbon maple glaze
• Teriyaki glazed salmon
• Penne vodka with shaved parmesan and basil
• Desserts: Cannolis, cheesecake bites, and assorted dessert bars
